5/16: decided to stay a little longer at te gym considering I had no extra homework to finish during my 4 hour break! I also did ab excersises & squats! Feeling good :D
5/15: I was at the gym for like two & a half hours, still sore from the hike and fuckin beast moded it out!

5/14: Yesterday I went on an hour long 4.15 mile hike at Chantry Flats in Arcadia to get to this amazing waterfall. I had heard stories from friends about this hike and always wanted to go but never did. That was until I met Jensine and since we don’t have classes together this quarter, we’ve decided to make it routine to go on hikes on Tuesdays. So yesterday was the product of that, and I had so much fun!
There was a big slope down when starting off, but on the way back that uphill slope was fuckin brutal. My back, obliques, thighs, ass, and calves are all super sore today because of it! Even more soreness sucks sometimes, it makes me feel super accomplished to know that I pushed my body past it’s limit!
